biuro projektów fidler is a consulting company specialised in the management of international cooperation projects co-funded by EU financial instruments.
We are mainly active in Central-Eastern Europe and Northern Europe, covering such programmes as INTERREG, BONUS, BANOS CSA, Life+, Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe. In the each new programming period we are actively searching for suitable funding possibilities within the new thematic priorities. Our clients are potential beneficiaries of the above programmes - mainly public and private non-profit institutions, such as local and regional governments, administrations or research and education units. Our expertise is built on over 15 years of intensive work with EU projects in Germany, Sweden and Poland, both from manager and project partner perspectives. Throughout time we have built a large network of contacts, which we now use for the benefit of our clients. We bring the necessary intercultural competence and can professionally organise and moderate all sizes of thematic meetings. Katarzyna FidlerMSc in Landscape Planning (Technical University of Berlin), with specialisation in environmental management and maritime spatial planning. Before founding biuro projektów fidler in 2010 she gained experience in a Berlin consulting company specialised in EU grants. Her particular expertise is project application, financial management, and the development of new project ideas. Her working languages are Polish, German and English.
Since 2021 she is also a certified Foundation Manager (Stiftungsmanagerin DSA). Jan FidlerMSc in Geophysics (Charles University in Prague) and Computer Science and
Communication (KTH Stockholm). During his PhD studies of Industrial Ecology he managed several EU projects with KTH participation. Within the company he is mainly responsible for the content coordination and communication in projects. Native speaker in Czech and Swedish, fluent in English, Polish and Russian. Cecilia TorresMSc in Environmental Sciences and project manager with 15 years of international experience in sustainable development in both public and private sectors; fluent in English, Spanish, French and German.
Anna JackiewiczStudied art historian and linguist. Certified as an EU fundraiser in 2013. Active member of Polish-German initiatives for cultural cooperation and speaker on third-party funding. Cooperation with BPF since 2012 as EU fundraiser, with focus in the areas of culture, media and education. Her working languages are Polish, German and English.
